Laura Borrowdale is a writer and educator from Ōtautahi. Her short fiction and opinions can be found in various corners of the internet, and she is the founding editor of Aotearotica, a literary journal exploring intersectional feminist ideas about sexuality and gender. Sex, with Animals is her first collection of short stories considering the animal nature of human relationships, mythology and the experience of being female.
