Ricky Townsend

Ricky Townsend is a writer and indie filmmaker. His short films have been selected in several international festivals including the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival and the Miami International Science Fiction Film Festival. He has a BFA in Film [with Honours] at the University of Canterbury and is continuing his pursuits in philosophy, theatre, writing and filmmaking in and out of university life. Ricky explores narrative based works that unpack open questions round interpreting reality, neurodivergent identity and analytical storytelling.
